since i was removed from the account, now i am a Flagger?
what i do 7 hrs and 30 mins on shift is to stand around, waiting for RTM to radio agents on auxes (if not allowed) on ACW (after call work) on Long Calls and agents on personal breaks.
so this is how it goes at work.
So i approach agents to go on auto in.
